Contacting The Paper Parlour
1. Do you take orders over the phone?

No

2. Do you have a retail store that I can visit?

Yes, you can visit LittleDromStore & BooksActually to pick up your order & view the paper samples.

3. Is it possible to have the Boutique papers cut in size?

Yes, we can do custom cut for the Boutique sheet papers. Please let us know about custom cut in the "special instructions" field available on the shopping cart page.

4. Is it possible to get a sample swatch of your products?

5. I have a promotional code, how do i apply this to my order?

A promotional code can be entered on the second page of the checkout process.


Shipping

6. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Yes. These will be considered as different orders.

7. Will I be charged for customs charges in case of international shipping?

It depends on the customs regulations and legislation of your country. Most likely yes, but many countries have a policy of waiving custom charges if the total cost of items is below a certain amount. Please check with the appropriate authorities in your country.

You can pay either by Paypal or with the most common credit cards.

2. Do I need a Paypal account to pay by credit card?

Credit card payments will be handled by Paypal, but you don't need an account.

3. What if I am not happy with something I have bought from you?

Please contact our customer care at customercare@thepaperparlour.com.sg or you can use the Contact Us option available at the website. Please include your order number with the message.

4. Do I have to sign up for an account to buy something?

Yes, you need to create an account at the time of checkout if you dont have an existing account with us.

At the moment we don't provide a phone support for orders
